大家需要登录古墓丽影英文官方网站 www.tombraider.com ，选择国家（随便选取一个，可惜没有中国）；
然后输入你的年龄，点击回车键。
进入主页，在主页面的左下角点击“CLICK HERE TO TAKE THE COMMUNITY QUESTIONNAIRE”图标进入用户调查表页面；
进入调查表之前会再次要求选择国家，同第一步。

THE COMMUNITY QUESTIONNAIRE
Hello Tomb Raider fans,
Whilst the team here at Crystal Dynamics are hard at work developing Tomb Raider, we’d like to give you the fans an opportunity to participate in an aspect of the overall development process that’s extremely important to us, community and communication. On the next page is a questionnaire we’ve created that will ask you a series of informative questions that we believe will help us establish the first steps in building our new Tomb Raider community and establish some processes.
The questionnaire is broken up into three categories: General Questions about who you are, some questions to help us understand your Perspective, and a series of questions about your Community/Social Networking habits. We’ve also given you an opportunity in some of the questions to give us your honest opinion (so you’re not always just ticking the box).
Your input on this questionnaire is very important to us, and we would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes of your time to help us as we establish a new communication structure that will better service your needs as fans of this awesome franchise. By participating in the Community survey you are automatically entered into a prize drawing to win the January 2011 Tomb Raider issue of Game Informer signed by the entire Crystal Dynamics Development team.
