This video shows what all the Outfits / Costumes / Armor Sets in Shadow of the Tomb Raider (SOTTR) look like including Croft Edition Outfits, Vestige Outfits, and rewards for beating the previous Tomb Raider game - a complete showcase.

There are 30 Outfits in the base game.
3 Outfits are from buying the Croft Edition (the Special Version that includes the Season Pass).
10 are "Vestige Outfits" which you get from Side Quests, Crypts, Merchants (need to be restored at base camps for resources).
17 are from having completed previous Tomb Raider games and general story progression in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
